We offer a straightforward and convenient way to obtain a DHL shipping label to return your item to us free of charge. Once you have submitted your details, we will review your request and send a pre-paid return label to you via email. Please note that the right of withdrawal is only available within 30 days of receiving the goods. After this period has expired, a withdrawal is no longer possible. In this regard, please refer to our full cancellation policy.
Once you have received your pre-paid shipping label for the free return, please pack the goods completely in a sturdy shipping box or the original packaging. Generally, the boxes in which you received the items from us are reusable. Please ensure that any old labels on the packaging are removed or made illegible. Attach the shipping label to the package being returned and drop it off at your nearest post office. If there is no post office or postal agency in your area, your delivery person will be happy to take the return with them.
After we have received and inspected the goods, we will issue a credit note and refund the purchase price via the original payment method.
As a consumer, you are entitled to statutory warranty claims for any defects in the items purchased from us, in accordance with legal regulations. In addition to these statutory rights, a manufacturer's guarantee may also apply. In this regard, please refer to the enclosed warranty terms and conditions.
